BOXING TRAINING

When you step into the ring, you learn a lot about yourself. When you make the decision to get in your car or take the bus to our gym, you've already made a decision that so many won't make. Our coaches are highly experienced fighters who are grounded in the fundamentals and disciplines needed to develop the skills, the endurance, the strength, and to help you find that fire inside. Our community of members become more than just members, everyone becomes friends and warriors, together in this tribe.

  • Group Fundamentals

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or walking into a boxing gym for the very first time, this class is built around the fundamentals that matter most. Strong fundamentals are the foundation of great boxing—whether your goal is competition, self-defense, or simply learning the art correctly.

You’ll work on hand position, defensive head movement, proper shot placement, breaking down mechanical movements, and both offensive and defensive footwork. These skills are drilled repeatedly so your responses become natural, efficient, and reliable under pressure.

As you progress, you’ll learn the technical aspects of offense, defense, and countering, and how to apply them with a live partner in a controlled, respectful environment. There is no requirement to get hit—all partner work is scaled to your skill and comfort level. You can focus purely on technique, movement, and skill development, or choose to advance toward more realistic applications when you’re ready.

These classes bring all aspects of boxing together and are designed to take your skills to the next level. Some advanced training options may require instructor approval, but everyone benefits from mastering these fundamentals.
